3. Service Agreement Process

4. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or online gateway
- For website projects: 50% advance, 50% on completion
- For repair services: 100% payment upfront (cash/online)

5. Timeline & Delivery
- Website projects: 5-7 working days (from approval of requirements)
- Repair services: Same day or next day (depending on issue)
- Digital marketing: Services start within 24 hours of payment
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances — we’ll notify you
6. Intellectual Property
All original designs, code, content created by HMG IT Solutions become the property of the client upon full payment. Client acknowledges that HMG retains the right to showcase completed work as portfolio samples.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Ensure timely approval of designs/drafts
- Provide necessary content, images, and materials
- Pay invoices on time
- Maintain website security after handover
8. Limitation of Liability
HMG IT Solutions is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Third-party actions or website downtime due to hosting provider
- Client’s misuse of services
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific results from digital marketing campaigns, SEO, or other performance-based services. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client implementation.
10. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice. Projects in progress will be completed as per agreement. Termination by client requires written notice — applicable refunds per refund policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- First attempt: Direct communication via phone/email
- Second attempt: Written notice and negotiation (7 days)
- Final: Arbitration or jurisdiction of Kota courts (Rajasthan, India)

Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for HMG IT Solutions services.
2. Website Design Projects (₹4,999 – ₹50,000+)
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Work Starts: 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment
- After Design Approval: 50% refund if you cancel (remaining 50% is non-refundable as we’ve invested time in design)
- After Website Launch: No refund. However, we offer free revisions within 30 days
Service Issues (Eligible for Refund):
- Website doesn’t meet specifications agreed upon
- Website has critical bugs that prevent functioning
- We fail to deliver within agreed timeline (30+ days)
- Our failure to include agreed-upon features
3. Repair Services (₹500 – ₹5,000)
- 30-Day Guarantee: If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we fix it free of charge
- Quality Issues: If repair doesn’t solve the problem, we refund and try another solution at no cost
- Hardware Issues: If replacement is needed due to our damage, customer pays only parts cost (labor free)
Refund NOT Applicable:
- Customer doesn’t follow post-repair care instructions
- Issue is due to customer’s misuse or damage
- Customer breaks down the repaired device again due to carelessness
4. Digital Marketing Services (₹5,000/month – ₹50,000/month)
- Month 1: 50% refund if unsatisfied (we’ve invested in setup and initial work)
- Month 2+: No refund. However, we offer strategy revision or service changes free
Note: Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors (competition, keywords, website quality). We don’t guarantee specific rankings or conversions. Clients must understand that results take time (usually 4-12 weeks).
5. Graphic Design Projects (₹500 – ₹10,000)
- Before Design Submission: 100% refund if cancelled
- After Design Submission: 50% refund if unsatisfied and requesting new design
- After Design Approval: 0% refund (design ownership transferred)
- Free Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included
6. Software/Networking Projects
- Setup Issues: If installation fails or doesn’t work, we provide alternative at no extra cost
- Partial Refund: If only 50% of service completed, 50% refund applicable
- Support Warranty: 90 days free support for setup issues
